ALEX Murdaugh will be charged in dead housekeeper’s missing $4.3million insurance money payout.

Murdaugh, 52, was reportedly taken into custody on Thursday morning by law enforcement officials at a rehabilitation facility in Orange County, Florida.

Murdaugh’s attorneys Dick Harpootlian and Jim Griffin told The State that their client will be extradited to South Carolina.

“He surrendered himself to SLED, he didn’t fight extradition and he is coming back. He wants to face these charges,” Harpootlian told the outlet.

“It’s a shame he didn’t get to finish his rehabilitation.”
