PRESIDENT-elect Joe Biden called a reported a “one horse pony” on Tuesday in another gaffe as he was asked about his son’s laptop scandal.
During a press conference, Biden, 78, was asked by a Fox News reporter if he still thinks that reporting on his Hunter Biden’s emails were Russian disinformation.

Biden told the reporter: “Yes, yes, yes! God love you, man! You are a one horse pony.”
Biden presumably meant to call the reporter a “one-trick pony,” which is defined as someone or something that only has one area of expertise.
Just before Election Day, the New York Post published an article about a “smoking gun email” Hunter Biden received from Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to Ukrainian gas company Burisma’s board.
Critics of Joe Biden have often tried to attack and question the former VP’s relationship with Ukraine.

Hunter Biden joined the board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma in 2014, around the time Biden was helping conduct the Obama administration’s foreign policy with Ukraine.
President Donald Trump and his supporters have alleged that Joe Biden pushed for the firing of Ukraine’s top prosecutor to protect his son and Burisma from any investigation.
The emails were from a hard drive obtained by the New York Post that allegedly belonged to Hunter Biden. The Sun cannot independently confirm the authenticity of these documents.
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said the “scandal” has not been part of a Russian smear campaign.

He said the US intelligence community “doesn’t believe that,” however former senior intelligence officials wrote a letter stating it “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”
It was revealed earlier this month that the Justice Department has actually been investigating Hunter Biden’s taxes and his dealings with China since 2018.
Trump said he was mulling over the idea of appointing a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden, and was apparently furious that Attorney General William Barr didn’t publicly announce the investigation during the election.
Last week, Trump announced that Barr would be ending his time as attorney general before Christmas.

This week, Barr said he didn’t think a special counsel was necessary to investigate the Hunter Biden investigation, as it was “being handled responsibly and professionally.”
“I have not seen a reason to appoint a special counsel and I have no plan to do so before I leave,” he said, adding that there was also no need for a special counsel to investigate the election, either.

It’s unclear whether Hunter Biden’s work at the Ukrainian company is a central part of the federal investigation or whether prosecutors are seeking information about all his sources of income in recent years.
Earlier in his news conference on Tuesday, Joe Biden reiterated that he wouldn’t discuss Hunter Biden with his attorney general when he’s in office.
