Lucas (Don Gilet) was sent to prison four years ago after he was convicted of murdering five people – his ex Trina, Denise’s ex Owen Turner and three prostitutes.
After trying to frame Denise for all his crimes, the serial killer locked her up in his basement and framed her for her own suicide.
But luckily she managed to escape and exposed him of his sick crimes.
So it’s no wonder that Denise isn’t happy that Lucas is back in the Square…

Executive Producer of the show, Jon Sen, admitted that he’s looking forward to viewers seeing how their storyline is going to unfold.
He said: “I’ve loved the character of Lucas ever since he joined the show, he’s a wonderful character played by a wonderful actor and I was really excited by the opportunity to bring him back to the Square and find out what trouble he can bring to Denise’s life in the wake of her reuniting with Raymond.”
However, he’s hinted that the fact Chelsea decided to keep in touch with her evil dad after all the awful things he did to her mum, doesn’t actually sit very well with Denise.
He added: “So Denise has kept in touch with Chelsea over the years, the fact that Chelsea has kept contact with Lucas causes a huge sense of betrayal and fractures the family because of everything that Lucas did when he was last on the Square.

“Denise really struggles with reconciling the daughter she knows with the ex-husband that treated her so terribly.”
But it’s not long before someone lets Lucas know that he’s not wanted around Walford.
After hearing that Denise’s youngest son Raymond is back in her life, the evil man wants to be involved.
However, the father of Denise’s boy – Phil Mitchell – is having none of it.
Chelsea was played by Tiana Benjamin from 2006 to 2010[/caption]
