Jodie showed a comical poster she has drawn up, which shows a section of “kind words” and also “words we don’t use”.

She captioned the photo, posted on Family Lockdown Tips & Ideas: “Can anyone relate? I have 3 boys under 8 years.”

Words included in the banned list were rather extreme phrases such as “murder him” and “die”.

And terms Jodie was keen to promote were “thank you”, “I love you”, “please”, and “would you like a hug?”
