However, the holiday provider has said that it will be issuing refunds to the affected customers.
“We’ll email all lead guests impacted with your options, which will include a full refund or the chance to move your break to another time,” Butlin’s explained in a statement.
Holidaymakers will be given three options. Holidays can be transferred to a new date between 11 and 18 December (subject to availability) free of charge.
Alternatively, they can move their holiday to the same date next year or to another date at any time later in the year.
